Q.How do I place an order with Prime Event Service LLC?
A.Booking with Prime Event Service is quick and easy! Simply browse our rental inventory, select your event date, add the items you'd like to rent, and complete your reservation through our secure online booking system. A 35% deposit is required to reserve your rental equipment, and you'll receive an email confirmation once your booking is complete. If you have questions or need help selecting the right rentals for your event, we're always happy to assist by phone, text, or email.
Q.How far in advance should I book my rentals?
A.We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure the best selection and availability. Linen rentals require at least one week's notice, while most other rental items require a minimum of five days' notice. Popular items like tents, bounce houses, tables, and chairs can book quickly during graduation season, weddings, and summer weekends. While we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when inventory is available, booking early is the best way to secure the rentals you need for your event.
Q.Do you deliver, and is there a fee?
A.Yes! Prime Event Service is a delivery-only rental company. We deliver, set up (where applicable), and return to pick up your rental items after your event. Delivery fees are based on your event location and are automatically calculated during the online checkout process, so you'll know the cost before completing your reservation.
Q.What if an item gets damaged during my event?
A.We understand that accidents can happen. Customers are responsible for any loss or damage to rental equipment beyond normal wear and tear while it is in their possession. If an item is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the situation and determine the appropriate solution. Our goal is always to be fair and work with our customers whenever possible.
Q.Do you offer setup and breakdown services?
A.Yes! Setup and breakdown are included with all tent rentals and bounce house rentals. Tables and chairs included as part of a tent package are delivered neatly stacked and are not set up or broken down unless setup service is added. If you'd like us to set up and break down tables, chairs, or other rental items, that service is available for an additional fee. Contact us for a customized quote.
Q.How long is the rental period?
A.Our standard rental period is one day. Whenever scheduling allows, we typically deliver your rental items the day before your event and pick them up the day after at no additional charge. In some cases, delivery and setup may take place on the day of your event. If that's necessary, we'll always contact you in advance to confirm a delivery time that works for your schedule. Pickup times are also coordinated based on our delivery routes.
Q.Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
A.Yes! We understand that plans can change. You may add, remove, or modify items before your event, subject to inventory availability and scheduling. We recommend making any changes as early as possible so we can best accommodate your request.
